Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook and defensive end Everson Griffen will both be out for Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills, coach Mike Zimmer announced Friday.

Cook suffered a hamstring injury during Sunday’s tie against the Packers, while Griffen has a knee injury and hasn’t practiced all week.

Running back Latavius Murray, who has rushed for 61 yards on 15 attempts this season, likely will get a heavy workload against the Bills on Sunday. Murray rushed for 842 yards and eight touchdowns in 2017.

Cook, a second-round pick in 2017, has rushed for 78 yards on 26 attempts in the first two games of the season. He said he expected to be return for the Week 4 game against the Los Angeles Rams.
