Red Bull’s launch, which will be an online reveal, clashes with Renault’s season launch in Paris next week. The two teams will follow Ferrari, which is set to become the first team to take the covers off its new car at an event in Reggio Emilia on February 11.

Red Bull goes into the 2020 season looking to build on the race victories it secured in Austria, Germany and Brazil last year. It will be the team’s second season with Honda power after the Japanese manufacturer made encouraging progress throughout 2019 and won its first grand prix since 2006.

Red Bull’s star driver Max Verstappen recently signed a deal to remain at the team until 2023 and will be partnered by Alex Albon in 2020 after the Thai driver was promoted from junior team Toro Rosso midway through 2019.

The first pre-season test of 2020, which will be attended by all ten teams, gets underway on February 19 at the Circuit de Catalunya near Barcelona and is one of just two three-day tests scheduled before the first race of the season in Melbourne on March 15
