The Atlanta Hawks will be without De’Andre Hunter for at least another two weeks as the forward will undergo a knee procedure Monday.
Hunter will have a lateral meniscus arthroscopic debridement done to help his ailing right knee. The forward has missed the Hawks’ past four games since undergoing a nonsurgical procedure on Jan. 30.
Prior to being sidelined, Hunter was second on the team in scoring with 17.2 points per game while also averaging 5.4 rebounds and 2.2 assists.
Hunter, 23, was selected out of Virginia with the fourth overall pick in the 2019 draft.
