Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal will miss at least his team’s next four games after being diagnosed with a ligament injury in his left wrist.
The Wizards said Beal was diagnosed with an injury to the scapholunate ligament and would be reevaluated in one week.
Beal missed Tuesday night’s 112-98 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, and will sit out games against the Philadelphia 76ers, Phoenix Suns and Miami Heat, as well.
He suffered the injury in the third quarter of the Wizards’ 115-95 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday.
Beal, a three-time All-Star, leads the Wizards with averages of 23.2 points and 6.6 assists per game this season.
