Manchester United’s failure to beat Southampton at the weekend cost us and we feel the Red Devils could be worth betting against when Arsenal head to Old Trafford as the Premier League action continues this week.

The Banker
Jose Mourinho bemoaned the fact Manchester United don’t have enough “mad dogs” in their team in the wake of the 2-2 draw with Southampton and, after a poor showing against the Saints, it’s rather surprising to see them chalked up as 7/5 favourites to beat Arsenal. United were second best too often at St Mary’s and, with Ashley Young suspended and Luke Shaw an injury doubt, it could pay to back in-form Arsenal at 2/1. Unai Emery will head into the trip on a high after their 4-2 North London derby victory on Sunday and that win over Spurs, a performance full of character, desire and passion, will have been duly noted by Mourinho. Arsenal are eight points better off than Manchester United after 14 matches and will be confident of extending their unbeaten run to 20 against a team who are clearly struggling.
Selection: £5 on Arsenal to win at 2/1 with bet365.

The Tasty Treble
Chelsea look a cracking bet at 4/5 to beat a Wolves side who’ve not won in five matches. The Blues are still in the title frame and should have a bit too much for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side at Molineux. Elsewhere Everton (3/5) should be able to bounce back from their Merseyside derby defeat and claim three points against Newcastle at Goodison Park. The Magpies were humbled 3-0 by West Ham at the weekend and may struggle to contain the likes of Richarlison and Theo Walcott. Add in Bournemouth at 3/4 to beat Huddersfield Town at home for a solid looking treble paying just over 4/1 with bet365.
Selection: £3 on the treble at 4.04/1 with bet365.
The Euro Wager
Monaco face a crunch relegation clash when they travel to Amiens this week and, after suffering yet another defeat at the weekend, it could pay to oppose them at the Stade de la Licorne. Thierry Henry has endured a disappointing season, winning just one of his nine matches since taking charge of Monaco. Amiens have not fared much better, but on home soil they look good value at 2/1 to see off a Monaco side who look particularly vulnerable defensively.
Selection: £2 on Amiens to win at 2/1 with bet365.
The Wildcard Tip
Tottenham played their part in a pulsating north London derby on Sunday and will be looking to bounce back against Southampton. It should be an open, entertaining game at Wembley and 2/1 about Tottenham winning and both teams finding the net looks tempting.
Selection: £3 on Tottenham to win and both teams to score at 2/1 with bet365.
The Bookie Basher
Liverpool are favourites to beat Burnley on Wednesday night and a speculative punt on the Reds to win 3-0 at 7/1 could be the way to go at Turf Moor. Liverpool have been excellent defensively this season and their tried and trusted front three of Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino could cause a lacklustre Clarets defence all manner of problems.
Selection: £1 on Liverpool to win 3-0 at 7/1 with bet365.
