Lomachenko vs. Crolla on ESPN+: How to watch

Unified world lightweight champion and ESPN’s No.1 pound-for-pound fighter Vasiliy Lomachenko, of Ukraine, faces England’s Anthony Crolla in the main event of a Top Rank on ESPN+ card at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Friday at 11 p.m. ET. The undercard will air at 8 p.m. ET, also on ESPN+.

Lomachenko (12-1, 9 KOs) has won eight of his last 10 fights by stoppage, including a dominant unanimous decision victory over Jose Pedraza in December to unify two lightweight world titles. It was Lomachenko’s first fight after undergoing right shoulder surgery in May, 2018.

Crolla (34-6-3, 13 KOs) has won three fights in a row since suffering consecutive loses to Jorge Linares in 2016 and 2017. In his most recent fight in November, Crolla outpointed Daud Yordan in a great fight.

ESPN boxing commentator Joe Tessitore, along with former world champions Timothy Bradley Jr. and Andre Ward, will call the fight from ringside. Boxing analyst Max Kellerman will host the show, with reporter Mark Kriegel providing inside information from fighters and trainers and Crystina Poncher conducting interviews.

The Lomachenko-Crolla fight broadcast on ESPN+ will begin at 11 p.m. ET on Friday. The main card also includes the Gilberto “Zurdo” Ramirez vs. Tommy Karpency 10-round light heavyweight bout. Ramirez, a former super middleweight world titleholder, will be making his 175-pound debut.
