UFC star Conor McGregor‘s next court date has been scheduled for May 13 in Miami-Dade County Court, for criminal charges including robbery and criminal mischief.

Judge Spencer Multack assigned a trial date of May 13 on Wednesday, during an arraignment hearing. McGregor, 30, did not attend the hearing in person. Last month, he filed a written plea of not guilty to the felony robbery and misdemeanor criminal mischief charge. The charges carry a maximum sentence of six years in prison.

The charges stem from an alleged incident on March 11 in Miami. A man accused McGregor of smashing and then stealing his phone. A civil lawsuit brought against McGregor by the man, Ahmed Abdirzak, was dropped in county court earlier this week.

McGregor’s attorney Samuel Rabin did not respond to requests for comment from ESPN.

McGregor (21-4) announced his retirement from mixed martial arts late last month, but has since dropped hints he intends to fight again. He is also under investigation for sexual assault in Dublin, according to a recent report by The New York Times. McGregor has not been charged with a crime in connection to that alleged incident.
