Former world heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko has confirmed he was rescued from a burning yacht with his family in Spain.
Klitschko, 43, posted a video on his Twitter account which showed emergency officials at the scene.
Klitschko confirmed that his family were safe thanks to the great work of the Spanish coastguard.
Be careful what you wish for: fate took my wish for “some #adrenalin” a bit too literally and our boat-trip Sunday night ended up in our boat #igniting and family & friends being evacuated by coast guard and fire rescue-team. No worries: we are all fine! #theroofisonfire #song😱 pic.twitter.com/sGN7xfG5JM

Whilst recording the video, the Ukrainian said: “We’re in the sea, getting rescued from the Spanish fire department. The boat was on fire and we’re hanging outside.”
Klitschko retired from boxing two years ago after his defeat to Anthony Joshua at Wembley Stadium in April 2017.
The Ukrainian was also defeated by Tyson Fury in his previous title bout in 2015.
