Kentucky Wildcats wide receivers coach Jovon Bouknight was arrested and charged with driving under the influence on Saturday.
Bouknight was also charged with possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a vehicle and driving 26 mph or more over the speed limit, according to Kenton County public records.
He is scheduled to appear in court Friday.
Kentucky is aware of the situation with Bouknight and is handling the situation internally, a spokesman told ESPN.
Bouknight, 37, was hired in March 2020 after one season as receivers coach at Oregon.
He previously served as an assistant at Texas Tech and Utah State.
